Estate planning and mediation services. Estate planning involves identifying alternatives available to contend with potential disability and discussing strategies to maximize assets for loved ones. I implement client plans with appropriate documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Mediation services involve working with people in a neutral and confidential setting to help people reach the best possible agreements for all involved. Focus areas are divorce/separation and disagreements about how loved ones are cared for and their assets are divided. I work primarily with middle income clients and specialize in the gay and lesbian community.
